SUNNYD: CONCEPT WORK

SunnyD. The quintessential beverage of 1990’s summers. The overly-sweet, tangy, orange-flavored drink that gets you right in the molars. This nostalgic beverage has fallen out of popularity, so how do we bring it into this decade? I’ve got a few ideas.

CONCEPT 1

How it Comes to Life:

We’ll encourage fans to send in their everyday-wins in via social media, and we’ll feature a new “winner” every day/week/month. We’ll offer prizes to the best/most mundane celebrators including more of their favorite celebratory drink: SunnyD.


CONCEPT 2

How it Comes to Life:

Leverage experimental creators to make unique video content around SunnyD. Can you turn SunnyD into a skateboard? Can you make a shitty robot that makes a delicious SunnyD cocktail? What happens when you put SunnnyD in the microwave? Fans can submit their own experiments for the chance to meet their favorite influencers and get a lifetime supply of new-idea-juice (SunnyD).

How it Comes to Life:

Napoleon has time traveled to present day and is celebrating both victory AND defeat with his new favorite drink: SunnyD. He’ll always be on the lookout for opportunities to celebrate with his comrades while also struggling to adjust to the new world.

We’ll send Napoleon to various win/lose events (likely by expertly photoshopping him in later) to live Tweet and Instagram his experiences. Napoleon could partake in an AMA on Reddit to share his advice or experiences. He’ll sponsor adult leagues for his favorite sports: dodgeball, bowling and volleyball. He’ll peruse his social media for those who deserve a shipment of their favorite beverage and will offer the chance to win prizes for their successes and failures.
